Our comprehensive benefits program is designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families.

  • Medical, Dental and Vision: Chandler provides employees with a choice to enroll in one of three medical plans (including pharmacy), two dental plans and a vision plan. 
  • Health Savings Account (HSA): If enrolled in the high-deductible health plan, you can participate in the HSA, a tax-free account that allows you to save money to pay for eligible health care expenses.
  • Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA): Our reimbursement accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible health care and/or dependent (daycare) expenses.  If enrolled in the high-deductible health plan, you can set aside pre-tax dollars in a Limited Purpose FSA to pay for eligible dental and vision expenses.
  • Critical Illness, Hospital, and Accidental Injury Insurance: Chandler offers supplemental insurance which pays a fixed lump sum benefit in the event of a diagnosis for a covered medical condition, accident, or hospital stay.
  • Life Insurance: Chandler offers life insurance plans for you and your eligible dependents. Basic life insurance is provided at no cost to you. Additional life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse and/or children is available for purchase.
  • Disability Benefits: We offer supplemental short-term disability coverage and company paid long-term disability coverage if you become ill or injured and are unable to work.
  • Time Off: Chandler offers eligible employees paid time off (PTO), holidays, and other time off to help you balance your work and personal life. 
  • Retirement Benefits: Our Retirement Program provides a solid foundation of retirement benefits, which includes a 401(k) plan with a company matching contribution.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Chandler offers a tuition reimbursement program to support employees in enhancing their professional skills and advancing their careers.
