Today’s customers are looking for suppliers who offer both Domestic and International production capabilities to address their pricing, sourcing and delivery requirements. Chandler’s initial response to these customer needs was the introduction of their unique off shore sourcing program in 2005. The enthusiastic customer response to this program has lead Chandler to expand their Worldwide capabilities.
In 2007, Chandler Industries announced the formation of their International Division to oversee and develop new opportunities outside of North America. Hong Kong was selected as the initial headquarters for the new International Division with operations to include a new customer service and technical support center in Shanghai, China and a manufacturing facility in Changzhou, China. For years Chandler has responded to the needs of their clients by providing worldwide services that address pricing, sourcing and delivery strategies. Chandler strongly believes that this new division is the next key step in continuing company growth while better serving their customers as an International Company with supply chain options throughout the world.
In 2009, geographical.expansion of the Chandler Worldwide Division moved to Europe with the opening of a sales,engineering and customer service office in Marienheide, Germany. Additionally, a warehouse facility was opened to assist European distribution. Initially the site strategy is to support Chandler European customers by exporting components from Chandler production facilities in the U.S. and Far East to European locations.
