CHANDLER FAR EAST TRADING
Located in the center of the Shanghai business district, this service office will focus on three areas of support: customer service, management of customer quality and engineering support, and sourcing of materials and suppliers. The office staff will handle all customer communication in Asia as well as interface with customer service contacts at Chandler U.S. This will include customers of the Chandler Far East Manufacturing Company and other Asian suppliers who provide components for export to Chandler U.S. The center can be accessed via telephone, fax, internet and international tele-conferencing.
Additionally the Service Center will manage customer quality and engineering support for Chandler Far East Manufacturing and other Asian suppliers of Chandler. The current staff has extensive experience in the use of the latest inspection equipment and will manage process development and quality control systems as they are implemented and maintained seamlessly with Chandler U.S.
The Service center will also work on supplier development in Asia --outside Chandler Far East Manufacturing-- for production of components to be exported to Chandler U.S. This activity will continue to be an important component in the offshore pricing program that Chandler introduced in 2005 and has grown in popularity with our clients. Details of the Chandler Offshore program are included below. Far East material sourcing will also be a key responsibility of this Service Center. |
