Chandler Quality Systems include the procedures by which we define the methods and practices used throughout the company to ensure that quality is built into our products, from prototype machining to full production. Our Quality Systems not only meet all ISO 9001/2000 requirements, but exceeds this standard utilizing the following methods:

• Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Control Plans

Plus, Chandler’s Statistical Process Control system utilizes state-of-art software directly on its CNC machining work which allows for the quickest possible reaction time to keep the processes in control. This software has the capability to allow our customers to view on line process directly from our shop floor at THEIR desk.
