Process Controls

In the planning phase of a program, Chandler North American engineers work in tandem with all our worldwide customers to perform the following analysis for production at any of our world wide facilities:
• Feasibility Review
• Design for Manufacturability Review
• Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
• Advanced  Product Quality Planning (APQP)
• Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Process control plans

Once the production phase begins, our Engineers work with the customer from initial sample submissions, first production samples, through ongoing production runs in all of our production facilities. During these stages, we integrate the following process controls at all of our plants to assure that our precision machined products meet our customers’ stringent specifications:
• Product Validation
• Process Validation
• Capability Analysis
• Gage Reliability and Repeatability studies
• Gage Calibration program utilizing dedicated gage program software
• Run-at-Rate studies
• Product specific control, inspection instructions, and operator instructions
• Visual Management
