Waste not, want not. This is so true. To compete globally, keep pace with ever demanding product specifications for CNC machining as well as other services, and to reduce lead time for customers, Chandler Industries has incorporated the concepts of Lean Manufacturing. Key management and outside consultants (such as the Minnesota State University System) are all part of our Lean Manufacturing process. Major software solutions were instituted to support our lean efforts beginning in 2005, and significant funding has been allocated to continue our commitment to lean.

Our suppliers and customers will see the positive impact in their CNC or Swiss machining projects. Lean Manufacturing represents just one of the many contemporary efforts Chandler has implemented to add value while continually combating waste and improving efficiency.
