Engineering Support

In today's marketplace, sophisticated customers are looking for providers who do more than just produce parts. They want value added throughout the production process to improve the quality of their parts and smooth their supply chain. Unlike a number of precision CNC machining companies our size, Chandler offers full engineering support from your initial product design, which improves design performance and maximizes produceability. Or, if required, we can also reverse engineer your product requirements to meet your performance goals. Using a hands-on work ethic and the proven lean manufacturing philosophy, our engineering group also recommends the right materials and sources with the right costs and the right quality. We help optimize process designs and offer full print development and print controls as necessary. All new machined parts and part revisions start and remain under engineering control until the parts have completed a rigorous sign-off procedure.

All new programs are under strict engineering control. From a staff/client approval list of final production sign-off requirements to prototype support which includes our proprietary "fast track program" (with samples available in as little as two weeks), Chandler uses checks and balances to get it done right the first time. Chandler implements the latest technology versions of Cad, Cam, Auto Cad, ProE and more. We're also working on obtaining TS16949 certification.
