Chandler Europe facilities-both the sales/technical support office and warehouse-are both located in Marienheide, Germany a part of the northern Rhine Region.  Cologne, Germany’s fourth largest city and a major media center, is approximately 50 miles West of Marienheide. Jochen Kayser  manages  both facilities and is responsible for Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support. As such, he regularly communicates with Chandler U.S. and Far East manufacturing, engineering and customer service staffs to maintain quality standards, and assure on time delivery of individual parts and part families for our European customers.

As a certified electronic engineer, Jochen has focused his experience in the automotive industry for more than twenty five years.  He has held several quality management positions after earning his degree from the German Quality Institute. In this capacity , he spent several years in the Detroit area supporting a large European company with their U.S. activities. His vast experience with both European and U.S. companies are most valuable to the international business activities of Chandler clients.
