We endorse a "can do" attitude. When customers asked about offshore production, we developed key partnerships with suppliers in China and Taiwan and offered customized domestic and offshore packages. Our customers can now save with offshore production without the risk. We add value other ways. We don't just produce parts for customers. We deliver critical sub assemblies which may include extras like welding, and 100% testing. Our ability to hire skilled labor and provide ongoing training results in long experienced employees who understand the value of a "can do" approach to business.

We "walk the quality walk". Our company quality policy and ISO 9001/2000 certification are symbols of our commitment. But we're not content. We're working on TS16949 certification and are regularly utilizing Six Sigma machining tools, lean manufacturing events, and statistical quality control to achieve continuous quality improvement for our customers.
