We focus on our customers worldwide. We like to do business "the old fashioned way" but with contemporary tools. That means we use cutting edge technology and worldwide capabilities to help better serve our customers' CNC machining needs. A few examples include; production areas that utilize robotics and are paperless, worldwide customer service centers plus an exclusive customer portal on our website. Yet when you call Chandler -- you talk to people -- people who are knowledgeable about your needs and how we can meet them. Maybe it's one of our engineers at the prototype stage, or our general manager regarding one of our dedicated manufacturing cells, or someone from our logistics system who can tell you that your parts are on the way to your production floor – anywhere in the world, on schedule and ready to go. Our focus is on our customer's worldwide needs and wants: from sourcing, through product development, to quality controlled production and on time delivery. It's a mindset that is shared by all of our employees from management to the production floor.

We endorse a "can do" attitude. When customers asked about offshore production, our first step was to develop key partnerships with suppliers in China and Taiwan and offer customized domestic and offshore pricing packages primarily for delivery to North America. More recently we have opened a new International Division to oversee and develop new worldwide opportunities for our customers outside of North America. Headquartered in Hong Kong the new division has a Customer Service Center and a Joint Venture Manufacturing Company in China. In 2009, geographical expansion of the Chandler International Division moved to Europe with the opening of a sales, quality engineering and customer service office as well as a distribution facility in Germany. Our customers can continue to save with offshore production without the risk, and get timely delivery throughout the Far East and Europe from both our China and U.S. production facilities.  We add value in many other ways. We don't just produce parts for customers. We deliver critical sub-assemblies which may include extras like welding, and 100% testing. Our ability to hire skilled labor and provide ongoing training results in experienced employees who understand the value of a "can do" approach to business.

We "walk the quality walk". Our company quality policy and ISO 9001:2000 certification for our domestic and Far Eastern manufacturing facilities are symbols of our commitment. But we're not content. In 2008 we made significant progress toward gaining domestic ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification. We are regularly utilizing Six Sigma machining tools, lean manufacturing events, and statistical quality control to achieve continuous quality improvement for our customers. These are just a few reasons why over 80% of our business is on an annual contract basis.
